About Us

An ideal lubrication system is robust yet flexible, efficient yet economical. At CLASSIC COOLENTS, we understand this requirement and continuously strive to fulfill it.

We offer a full range of lubricants and coolants that are manufactured using the finest raw materials and state-of-the-art formulations. Several additives and intermediates used in our formulations are manufactured in-house. Our well equipped QC lab ensures that all our products meet national and international standards. Our commitment to quality stretches beyond our ISO 9001-2015 certification. As an NSIC certified MSME, our firm is enlisted for purchase by the Government of India.

Our manufacturing facility in Gujarat, India, operates with an installed capacity of 500KL (2,500 drums) per month, spanning 50,000 sq. ft. on a green campus. With an additional 1,50,000 sq. ft. of adjoining industrial land earmarked for expansion, we are well-positioned for future growth.

We specialize in high-performance metalworking lubricants, serving diverse industries, including metalworking, textiles, mining, automotive, and chemicals. Our expertise lies in delivering customized, technology-driven solutions, with a core focus on metalworking solutions for steel ball manufacturing industries.

Quality Policy

The following statement is used as the framework for  assuring the quality of our entire range of lubricants and coolants:

  • The technical, financial and legal requirements of the customer will be duly recorded. Using that, a target specification will be set for all key parameters of the products.
  • Corresponding in-process testing and finish product testing procedures will be outlined according to relevant international and national standards like ISO, ASTM, DIN, BIS and IS.
  • Quality control will also established for raw materials and packaging material.
  • All relevant personnel shall be well versed with testing procedures, documentation and implementation of quality control measures.
  • Results will be reported with integrity, impartiality and with minimum error.
  •  The finished product after each batch will be cleared for supply only if all the quality assurance parameters are in confirmation to customer requirement and intended use.
  • The quality policy framework will be reviewed regularly to be modified as per latest regulatory guidelines.

Environmental Policy

To maintain a healthy relationship with local communities and the environment around us, we have adopted the following policy:

  • We will strictly adhere to environmental laws and regulations
  • We will not destroy any surrounding plantation unless absolutely necessary
  • We will work on developing more eco-friendly products
  • We will encourage our customers to use our eco-friendly products
